	This Pat Reid guy is an idiot. If the federal government takes 15% of everyone's winnings, the handle, especially on Sport Select, will drop so much that the combined provincial and federal governments will make less money than they do now. And as far as his claim that "it targets exactly those who should be targeted. The real rich.
